Kim is a wonderful host. My first air B&B experience. It was perfectly clean and cozy and the most comfortable bed! Such a cute house too. I’m a hotel snob so wasn’t sure what to expect and was very happy with it! Kim had the best recommendations too and was welcoming and friendly. It’s a very safe house. Highly recommend!

Kim is an excellent hostess. She is intentional in communication and preparation. I noticed her genuine friendliness and availability to her guests. She is kind and works hard to make your stay enjoyable. She greets each guest and exemplifies hospitality in every way. It is evident that she loves opening her home. We will stay here again! My sister and I needed a place to stay on short notice. Kim was accommodating, responsive and so friendly! Her place is lovely. We enjoyed our visit and would stay there again!

Had a great stay at Kim’s, and would recommend her place to anyone staying in Waco! The room itself was very comfy and clean. The rest of the house is beautiful and we even got a tour of the abundant garden. Kim was very welcoming and gave us great local recommendations for shopping and eating.
