We enjoyed our stay at Marilyn‘s.  She has a comfortable home in a peaceful neighborhood and was very flexible with our check-in and check-out time, which we appreciate it very much.

We had planned to stay for several days for a funeral, but ended up having an emergency and weren’t able to complete our stay. However… she was SO KIND and understanding during our difficult time. The house was beautiful and was actually quite private. She was so great, we will be staying there next visit!!!

Wow! The pictures did not do the place justice! Everything that we needed and more was available for use. The amenities were top notch and the home was so cozy. There was ample space for everyone. We wanted something that was “private,” but still within a good distance to things and The Lake House provided exactly that! We were fortunate enough to see deer one evening driving down the driveway. Communication with the host was fast and informative. We didn’t have to communicate very often other than the day of check-in because the instructions that were provided were so clear and easy to follow. The home was clean and well maintained and the other amenities were top notch. We had such a blast staying here that my husband and I are in agreement that if ever we are in town again, we will book this place for sure! Thank you to our gracious hosts! You will not regret The Lake House.

Our stay at Marilyn's home was very enjoyable. It's spacious and comfortable, and we felt right at home. Marilyn is a wonderful host. She sends very informative messages, and she's very proactive and wants her guests to have a wonderful time in her home. The surroundings and view of the river are beautiful and peaceful. We highly recommend.
