Wir hatten über Airbnb gefragt, ob es möglich wäre früher einzuchecken, haben aber leider keine Antwort bekommen. Vor Ort wurde uns dann gesagt, dass Check-In früher nicht möglich sei, was noch okay war. Man wurde mit einem Caddy zum Zimmer gebracht. Das Zimmer sah wie auf den Bilder aus, aber könnte ruhig wieder renoviert werden (z.B. verkalkte Badewanne und alte Gardinen). Erste Nacht konnte ich leider gar nicht schlafen, weil die Klimaanlage sehr sehr laut war und die Lampen im Zimmer manchmal willkürlich aufgeleuchtet sind, weshalb ich immer wieder panisch aufgewacht bin. Lampe wurde dann aus dem Stecker gezogen. Dann ging es auch wieder. Am 3. Tag ging die Klimaanlage nicht mehr und wir hatten um einen Techniker gebeten, der angeblich in 10 Minuten hätte da sein sollen. Nachdem wir knapp eine Stunde gewartet , mehrmals nachgefragt haben und keiner kam, haben wir das Zimmer gewechselt. Leider wurde uns dafür keine Entschädigung gegeben… Location ist aber gut.

Upon our arrival, the lobby was full and dirty. The check in was done in 2 minutes though. We arrived at our villa which didn’t match any of the photos. In the kitchen there was an empty bottle of alcohol, food left from what I guess to be the previous guests, and stains on the linen in the bedroom. In the bathroom the towels were not dry. From what we have seen in the pictures, it looked very nice and modern while it wasn’t. The only good thing was the space and the private pool. But I feel like the place wasn’t secure enough, anyone could enter within the resort from the beach or from the street. In the morning, we went for the breakfast and no one asked us our room number. The fruits were full with flies and the syrup full with bees, so we decided to take our breakfast outside of the complex as this wasn’t what we expected. We didn’t have any contact with anyone from the staff. I will not come back as I think the service is pretty poor.

Whats to say... This place was fantastic...the level of service from staff was outstanding and perfectly located resort and facilities were perfect.. Room was clean and really nice...very well thought out and sizeable too.. 12/10
