(Flagler Co Tax #13995) Just 17 minutes from Flagler Beach, Pier, beach restaurants & more. 31 minutes from Daytona Speedway. 33 minutes from the historical Old Town St. Augustine. Pets allowed, pets stay in your room when you are out. *2 Cats live in this home. The one time $7 cleaning fee covers the 5% co. Tax. Your private room is set in a 1641 sqft 3 bed, 2 bath home. Access to a shared (full) bathroom, kitchen, living/diningroom & backyard. There will be a Light breakfast items available. Ex: Granola bars, cereal bars, bagles, cream cheese and coffee, etc. Extra twin air mattress available.

We genuinely loved our stay with Jennifer! The extra details they took in every step from labeling kitchen cabinets, and providing night lights for late check-in put their Airbnb above any I’ve truly stayed at. Their beds were extremely comfortable. Something as small as being provided on Netflix account during our stay was convenient. My one suggestion is to bring your own water. They have water accessible, but it’s through a pitcher so there’s not always a guarantee of water. It was also extremely late in the night, and we didn’t want to ask the host as it was almost midnight when we arrived.

I live in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery shopping, clothing shopping, hardware, autoshops, bike trails and more.
Uber is quick and easy however everything you would generally need is within walking and biking distance. My house is 6 minutes to the interstate I-95 S/N on ramps.

I enjoy art, horses, sports, bike riding, puzzles and more. I work full-time during the day, and home every evening. I love spending time meeting new people. I can speak a bit of sign language however I'm not fluent.
