My husband and I just loved everything about the cottage. It was charming and cozy and had a perfect babbling brook on the property. The kitchen was very well stocked with all sizes of pots and pans and spices, condiments and my favorite coffee to bout. Ed was a great host. Everything was ready for us. Clear instructions. Great and cozy place. Loved the fireplace!! We know the area so we were right at home after being gone 2+ years. Would love to stay there again on our next visit.

I can't say enough about our stay at this incredible place. My husband and I traveled to Edward's cottage for no other reason but to spend time there. We weren't going to NYC, or any other local place. We randomly found this listing and took a gamble. All I can say is WOW. This is without question my favorite Airbnb that I've stayed at. I was truly in love with it. The home is beautiful. The stone floor in the living room took my breath away. The fireplace in the living room and the woodstove in the side room each got use the entire weekend. The entire property is gorgeous. I walked all throughout the woods and found it to be perfectly idyllic. But my favorite thing about this stay was the fact that it allowed my husband and I to connect in a much needed way. No TV in the living room meant the fire was our entertainment. Both nights we spent all of our time talking, relaxing, and bonding in a way we rarely have time for. This place is romantic and magical. I can't recommend it enough.

Great weekend away with the family. A very nice place to unplug from daily life. Our favorite spot was sitting in the screened in patio and enjoying the sounds of nature and the scenery. We had the pleasure of meeting Edward who was very friendly and accommodating to our needs!
