Host was very responsive and provided instructions to get around which were helpful. The place was unclean and had a lot of bugs and spiders. The sheets were unclean and the floor was sticky as well. The place was quite dirty but the apartment was good.

The property is accurate as described and shown on picture, convenient location close to shopping plaza where you can easily exchange money or buy new sim card upon your arrival. Viry is a great host and she's always there when we need help or ask for recommendation for places or shops around Cancun. The complex is well gated also has a very large pool which looks like a resort :)

Not just 5 stars, I would love to give infinite stars to viry’s place. Viry is a great host.. My parents stayed there and she took great care of them.. I can’t thank Viry enough.

Hice una reservación el mismo día y la anfitriona ni estuvo al tanto de su teléfono , no hubo comunicación alguna desde el único de la reserva solo hasta 3 horas después prácticamente y eso porque vecinos me ayudaron a contactarla , una experiencia muy desagradable..
