I just completed a month-long stay at Coleen's place so I felt that I have had enough experience to comment on the unit. In short, if you still have any doubts or anxieties about choosing this place over others, don't! This place is ideal for visiting the University of Sydney and the surrounding areas, and Coleen and Nick are a super host team for taking care of their guests. Anything you would expect from a home away from home as a traveler, you can find it here. All the positive comments are true, so I don't need to repeat them here. Strongly recommended.

This is a great apartment. Immediately felt at home, good Wi-Fi and aircon, comfortable bed and excellent kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. I was visiting my daughter at University of Sydney and it was an ideal location for that and for Newtown shops and restaurants. Lots of local transport options to easily get you around the city. Would very much recommend this accommodation.

I do not think that one can spend too much time in Sydney! For my month-long stay, Coleen's space was the ideal balance of location, amenities, and price. As a solo traveler, I had plenty of room, and I believe a couple would feel similarly. I am a relatively particular individual, and I appreciated details like a separate washer and dryer for clothes, as well as having the cooling unit in the bedroom, where temperature control is needed most. I also had quite a few meals in the flat, and I found the kitchen equipped for my needs. The building was clean and quiet, and had an elevator, which was useful for moving luggage, and might be essential for travelers with mobility considerations. I never encountered disturbances from outside noise or neighbors, making for a quiet and peaceful stay. An undeniably superb location, combining a strong foodie culture with easy access to the city, Newtown is an incredible place to call home, while in Sydney.

AirB&B at it's best. Great unit, well equipped, spotlessly clean, in a great spot. Only 5 mins walk to the heart of Newtown, but far enough away to be nice & quiet. Key pickup was simple and access was straight forward though also secure. And Coleen was a delight to deal with. Will most certainly stay here on future visits to Sydney
