We had a great stay over the holiday week. It truly is a ski-in/out condo with awesome pools and activities for the kids.

Awesome place. The location is great - literally steps to the peak 8 chairlifts. Great amenities at the Grand Colorado - kids activity room, private movie theaters, free gondola into town, free on-call shuttle service to/from town, hot tubs, pools, kids splash pads, etc. We stayed with our family for a week long period and it was a great time. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a nice ski-in/ski-out location.

Everything was perfect. The ski condo is very nice, new, and well equipped for a family of 4 with small children. My young ones slept very comfortably on the sleeper sofa. Breck ski school is very close to the condo which let us drop the kids off then get on a lift in just a few minutes! Truly ski in / ski out. The condo came with a small kitchen that we used for several meals throughout the ski week to save time and money but the restaurant in the building is excellent. The heated parking garage made it very easy to unload all of our ski gear and a nice ski locker kept our gear safe and out of sight when off the slopes. There is a very nice pool and hot tub area with a kiddie pool and slide.
