Amy’s place is great. It’s exactly as it looks in the photos. It has a great view. The WiFi is fast, the kitchen is well equipped, the bed is lovely and comfy, the shower is amazing. It was a perfect place for us to stay, can’t recommend it highly enough. Amy is a great friendly host and quick to respond

Three words. Perfect, Perfect and Perfect. Amy and Matt were so helpful and always available if I needed anything. They are the true meaning of being super hosts. The Airbnb is in a perfect spot. You can get to four different amazing beaches in 10 minutes from the Airbnb. Amazing restaurants anywhere you go. Grocery shopping as well. The bus is right outside the door and very easy to navigate. I am not easily impressed, but this place is impressive in every way. If you are thinking about an Airbnb around this area, I would highly recommend 128 Queensclif Rd. SeaBreeze. No exaggeration. Seriously! Thank you Amy and Matt for a terrific 22 days at your place. We really enjoyed staying at Seabreeze, and Amy is an excellent host. The apartment is very well furnished with everything we needed during our holiday and was a perfect location for us - the delightful villages and beautiful beaches at Freshwater and Manly are easily walkable, and regular buses stop right outside the property for visits to further locations. We had wonderful, warm weather during our stay, the apartment was kept cool with very efficient fans in both the living room and bedroom. The shower is brilliant, with hot water and a great flow! The bed is very comfortable, both for sleeping and sitting watching the sun come up over Manly with a cuppa, which made for a great start of each day. We would definitely return to Seabreeze if we need accommodation in this area of the Northern Beaches in the future - thank you Amy and Matt for making us feel so welcome.

Had another great stay here. Amy and Matt were great hosts. They are very caring and accommodating. Great communications. The unit is self contained. Has all you need for a couple to self cater. Location, it is not necessarily close to things, but it is not far to get places. It is a 500 m walk to Queenscliff Beach and to Freshwater Beach. 2000 m to Manly Corso. But it easy to get places. There are bus stops right outside the door that go in both directions, so easy to get to Manly Wharf or Warringah Mall in the other direction. The backyard is peaceful and sits high above Manly Creek. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay! Amy was a fantastic host, super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is in a brilliant location, only a short stroll to Freshwater and Queenscliff/Manly. The place was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Couldn’t fault. 100% would return in the future. Highly recommended!!
