When there is enough snow, this condo is truly ski-out (down 4 O'Clock run to Snowflake lift) and ski-in, provided lower 4 O'Clock run is open, otherwise make other plans to get to the condo. Each unit has an identical configuration with 2 BR and 2 Full Baths with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Keep this in mind when planning a trip with a bunch of guys (like we did), because you will be sleeping with each other. The first bedroom is a bunk bed with a full underneath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite. Beware that this bedroom in unit 2 faces 4 O'clock run and if they make snow on it expect to hear it all night long. The units are true to the pictures although ours were not very clean when we arrived (some of the guys are allergic to cats and their allergies acted up soon after we were in the units) and the fireplace in unit 1 did not work and wasn't fixed the whole week we were there but management provided a $200 credit for that and the lack of housekeeping. In retrospect, the credit should've been more given the inconvenience of having to wait for the fireplace repair person only to find out it won't be fixed during our stay and another person to deliver the keys to open the doors that connect the two condos. Despite these mishaps, the condos are very nice, they just need a little maintenance. Note, these units are on the second floor and there is an elevator you can use to bring your gear up from the garage but you have to exit the garage and walk around to access it.
