Property is good from inside for short stays. Poor connectivity due to remote area, no wi-fi available Actual Host is not contactable all the time.Lakshman Kaka( care taker) is supportive but in some cases he also helpless.. e.g.. i have struggled for Wi-fi but no luck. If you want peace wothout gadgets then this could be a good place.

Place as described in the details, very moderate and strictly for transit rather a vacation. Good connectivity to main highway (100-150 meters) inside. Food options available on main road. Basic facility within the premises. Overall cleanliness good. Shivaji manages this property through relative and he was supportive. You may need to align in advance for late check in or early checkout as they don't leave near the apartment. Approach to apartment is a dusty road 100-150 meters without streetlight and may be an issue by walk or in monsoon. Surrounded by farms if you are looking for a morning walk. It was a standalone apartment very primitive without security, without gates and open parking with under construction building on the side. Although the flat was clean, we found few cockroaches, which was real displeasure. Internet was not functional, may require some further working. Overall reasonable deal for transit.

We had a great and comfortable stay at the place. They provided us with flexible check in time and 10/10 for that. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting wai or panchgani area or surroundings.
