This is the only place I’ll ever stay when I visit Johannesburg. It was my second stay and the place is starting to feel more like home than my actual home. The location on the top floor means I never hear noise from neighbours. The apartment complex is very safe and the parking is attached to a mall, meaning it feels extra secure especially when arriving at night. Bedfordview is a great location which is central to all of Joburg, and the apartment specifically is located perfectly next to a shopping centre which you can walk to through the underground car park. Everything is right on your doorstep, gym, food, salons, etc. I personally found the amenities offered to exceed my expectations of an AirBNB. Cleaning services can be arranged by the host for a reasonable price, and I found the cleaning lady to be efficient and trustworthy. As usual with this property the only disappointment during my stay was when I had to leave! 11/10 Thanks again Berneen.

We had a wonderful stay at this AirBnB. It was clean with very comfortable beds, had tasteful decorations and was well equipped with everything we needed for hassle-free stay. Berneen and David were great hosts - very friendly and responsive. The location was super convenient being within a couple minutes walk of the restaurants and shops at Bedford Centre. We'd love to stay here again in the future. Thank you Berneen and David!

Berneen’s place is simply breathtaking. There isn’t nearly enough space to do this review justice. All of your basic expectations as a guest (cleanliness, safety, amenities, etc.) were exceptional. The kitchen is so well stocked you won’t find yourself needing anything. The apartment is on the top floor meaning it was totally silent (no upstairs neighbours) and I always felt safe and secure. The apartment is much larger than the photos suggest - with lots of beautiful artwork. The location, right on top of a safe and high end shopping mall, sets this space apart. You are living right on top of everything you could want (gym, restaurants, supermarkets). You could literally never leave the compound and have everything you need. Bedfordview is a great central location to stay in Joburg (20 min drive from everything) and I’d recommend Berneens place to anyone looking for a home away from home. The only disappointing thing about my stay was when I had to leave!! Thanks for the great stay.
