Nick was a great host, very responsive and flexible. The apartment was exactly like the photographs and well equipped. Checking in and out was a breeze and the building had good security and a very large clean swimming pool. The location of the apartment could not be any better, easy walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and bars. It's practical in the center of everything. Absolutely perfect apartment for solo or couples.

Just back from a great stay at Avenue Residence. Nick is a superb host, friendly and responsive and assisted with an early check in for myself. Staff on site are similarly friendly and helpful. Room is perfect for a 2 week stay like mine, close walking distance to Avenue Plaza, LKM Metro and second road. Space itself is clean with comfy large bed, nice balcony, large to with Netflix and perfect for relaxing and getting out of the sun when you need some down time with a large bathroom and good powerful shower. Overall couldn’t recommend it high enough and will certainly be looking to see if it’s available for my next stay!

Alles gut, kann ich nur bestens empfehlen. Wer auch mal ins Meer hüpfen mag ist am Jomtien Beach besser aufgehoben. Die Musik der benachbarten Bars stört manchmal die Nachtruhe. Aber der Ruhe Suchende fährt ja eh nicht nach Pattaya ;-) Unterkunft kann ich aber nur wärmstens empfehlen. Danke Nick für alles !

Extremely responsive and friendly host. When i had checked in unfortunately there was a temporary shutdown of the lift and he carried my two bags 4 floors by himself.. what more can i say about this wonderful human being . Place exactly as described in the listing. All amenities upto the mark. No wonder it is always booked. When i get a chance I will gladly stay there again.
