House size: 140 m² (1.507 ft²) The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a spacious balcony. Upstairs there are 3 rooms and a bathroom. All of the rooms have 15m² (161 ft²); they have air-conditioning and balconies with open view at the sea and the islands. The most useful part of the house is a large balcony on the ground floor. Protected from the sun, it has a beautiful view at the city of Split, the sea and the nearby islands. The balcony will give you unforgettable moments of relaxation and delight at breakfast, lunch, dinner, sunset, drinking in the late hours... Guests have access to everything in the house. A house is located on a small hill and has no direct access by car. Parking place is in the vicinity, alongside the main road, 100m from the house and a path with 70 steps leads to the house. Neighborhood is very peaceful. There are other houses around, but they are enough far to feel relaxed and private.
