It’s very comfortable. Bathroom is shared with a family member. (Just women here). The location is great, nice and fairly quiet. Easy access to London Transportation ie. Buses,Tram, Trains, Underground and Overhead trains. This is a family home consisting of 3 peop;e.

Lovely quiet area with friendly people. There are Shops all around within walking distance. Lidl, Tesco, Cafe, Takeaways. Everyone within a short walking Distance.

Easy access on Buses to get to the Town Centre of Mitcham where you will find the Library, a Gym, Supermarkets and Restaurants. There is a common nearby my home for walking or exercising or just relaxing.
Buses are 127, 201, 355, 264, 270, 280.
Also the famous Wimbledon Temnis Courts is about a 44 minute bus ride away or a train from Tooting to Wimbledon.
Brixton Market and Town Centre is also easily accessible and all trains lead you into the West End and City Areas.
