really lovely place. very comfortable stay. Vincent is an amazing host- was present when we checked in and dropped us to station on check out. eàsy to get to centre of paris ànd disneyland. direct linè and few stops away supermarket is a few mins walk away highly reccomend for families and large groups as spacious.

Magnifique! This apartment was absolutely perfect for our week-long stay in the area. It's very clean, spacious and quiet, with plenty of closet space, plus a large bathroom and kitchen (large by French standards!) It even has two nice desks where my husband and I could work. We rented a car, so having free, secure parking on site was a huge plus. There's a large grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance. If you have a car but don't want the hassle of driving and parking in Paris, it's easy to park near the metro stop Chateau de Vincennes where you can hop on the metro (if you reserve parking online in advance, it's cheaper). Vincent and his father, Pasqual, are both very friendly and helpful! They took time to greet us, show us the apartment and explain how things work. Vincent also texted us a few times during the week to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. We loved staying here and definitely plan to return!

I would for sure stay at this location again if I visited Paris. The hosts father was very helpful to us and made us feel at home.
