A couple of issues with the hair dryer not working and fans not initially provided but they got resolved pretty quickly 👍 Great location, walking distance from loads of great coffee shops for brunch etc and couple of small supermarkets, and also bars and restaurants for the evening

Le logement correspondait en tout point à l’annonce et aux photos : petit mais pratique. La localisation était géniale. Jose était très réactif : nous avions des soucis de robinet et avec la clé et il est venu rapidement nous aider.

The location is great, close to nice restaurants and tourist attractions but the apartment needs maintenance. Narrow staircase with one broken step that leads to the apartment. The apartment is cute, but old and has not been updated recently. The floor is squeaky, looks dirty. The windows frames are chipped, paint is peeling. When we arrived, the shower head was broken with water spilling over the walls and over the shower cabin. The shower drain was clogged. Both got fixed the last day of our stay, but still was inconvenient. We messaged the host, he replied and asked us to send him a video of the issue. I felt fixing the issue required more involvement from the renters than it should. Most people rent this unit while on vacation and do not want/expect to deal with everyday home issues and wait for the plumber! Black mold on the walls of the shower; exacerbated our allergies. One bath towel and one face towel per person. Overall, the place was not great for the price.

Plek en accommodatie was goed! Host reageerde altijd. De plek is dicht bij het centrale gedeelte. Heel leuk klein parkje waar je een wijntje of een biertje kon drinken. Schattig supermarktje dichtbij. En de accommodatie was goed te doen met z'n achten als je het niet erg vind om op elkaars lip te zitten ;) Er was wel een probleem, er kwamen vliegende mieren uit de houten muren. Blijkbaar was er een plaag in Lisboa. Hij reageerde snel en er lag al een spray klaar die we konden gebruiken. Hij was zelf ook nog gekomen om het te bekijken. Hij had die tijd wel iets meer begrip kunnen tonen, wij schrokken ervan. Maar alles is uiteindelijk goed opgelost.
