The house worked good for what we needed. We were in town for a wedding and 12 of us wanted to stay together. Didn't love that it's advertised for 12 people but you have to pay $20/night extra per person over 4. Even though the price seems high, it was still cheaper than us staying in 4 hotel rooms, and it was nice having a kitchen. My only complaint would be the AC. We were told before check in that it would have a hard time keeping up in the high temps and to keep it at 70 to prevent it from freezing. That alone wasn't a big deal, but the fact that it's motion detected and turns off when no one is home or moving about was a bummer. Leaving for wedding festivities for a few hours and then coming back to a hot house was really uncomfortable, especially for those who had to sleep upstairs where it never cooled down. It was so hot up there I don't know how anyone was able to sleep, especially since the AC wouldn't run at night. I'd stay here again, just not in the heat of summer.

Beautiful country and enough seating for our entire family inside and out. Mind you, this is out in the country and very dusty. On the other hand, the horses came right up to visit with the kids and they were delighted to make their acquaintance. We took our coffee out to the deck each morning and enjoyed the scenery and cool morning air. Relaxing!
