Sandra is a great host! She is very accommodating as a host, easy to reach, and very helpful. The only negative thing I can say is the water pressure in the shower and kitchen is very low and never gets hot...barely lukewarm. However, this is Africa and one must expect that! Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and would stay there again! Very safe, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of space for one traveler or a couple!

The apartment has "cottage" vibes to it. It's located outside Arusha town (about 30 mins out); between Kisongo and Duka Bovu towns. Great for singles or a couple. Pros: It's very quiet and cozy. It's got all the essential amenities (water, electricity, WIFI, fully equipped kitchenette and furnished living room and bedroom) and weekly cleaning and laundry service. It's got ample parking, a restaurant on site and some shops (dukas) and the main road is a stone throw away with access to public transport (dala dala or boda boda). The staff on site is friendly/helpful. Sandra is super accessible and showed me around Arusha. Cons: It is out of town so be prepared for a bit of a drive to access the "hot spots" in Arusha. WIFI is limited but you can top it up easily.
