We love this house and location. Walkable to great restaurants and everything you need. The movie room is a great escape for hot afternoons. We will definitely stay again! Any issues were quickly rectified by the caretaker.

The place is amazing, but also starting to aged. We had issues with the outdoor lights where social area and swimming pool are. After contacting the host several times this got eventually fixed the third day. Lights were getting on automatically at 11pm and lasted until 7am (I would have prefer from 6pm so we could have dinner outside or even better being able to control them myself). This was particularly annoying if you have to pay for electricity consumption on top of airbnb fees.

Sehr tolles Haus und grandiose Sicht vom Pool aufs Meer. Man merkt das das Haus als erstes nicht zum Vermieten gebaut wurde. Sehr viele tolle Details. Bei uns gab es leider Probleme mit der Poolreinigung, sollte normal jedoch nicht vorkommen. Einige Geräte wie Geschirrspüler sollten mal erneuert werden. In Sumne jedoch ein super Aufenthalt.

The good: the pool has very nice aesthetics, especially at night when lit up. Great sunsets. Fairly well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. The media room is nice but wasn’t working unless you connect your own media source. The bad: the outside needs a little attention (broken pool tiles, rusted torn furniture) but not terrible. The master bedroom has a constant moldy smell likely from all the humidity (but hopefully not the type of mold that breathing all night will create future lung problems). But the worst thing about this “beachfront” property is that there is no beach in front. In fact, it really should not be listed under beachfront properties when you search on Airbnb because there is no beach but rather nothing but rocks and dead coral reef in front of the property. So if you’re thinking of a nice morning stroll with your coffee or a sunset walk on the beach, that is not happening. You have to travel 100 meters down to a beach that is mostly coral and not soft sand.
