We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. Comfortable beds also. A big supermarket is a 3 minute walk away. The view from the balcony is great. To open the door to the street downstairs you need to press the switch in the hallway downstairs - we found out after two days. 😄

Estancia muy agradable en una casa equipada con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de tus vacaciones. Levantarse y que la primera vision que tengas desde el balcon, sea la playa y la inmensidad del mar, no tiene comparacion con ninguna otra experiencia.

What a fantastic apartment in the heart of Gandia and right on the beach. The apartment is spacious and modern -- plenty of room and well laid out, with bedroom/bathroom area separate from the kitchen/living room. Apartment is well equipped, even including chairs/umbrella for the beach. The agency that handled the keys/issues were excellent -- for example, the blinds to the balcony got stuck and I sent a message at about 11pm -- the next day, there was someone sent to fix it, first thing the next morning -- very impressive! Overall an excellent Airbnb experience - one of the best that I have had.
