My friends and I stayed at Joann's home for a ski trip weekend and the place was everything we could have asked for. It was large enough to accommodate our group, had everything we needed (and more!) and was perfectly located near Okemo for skiing. In addition, despite having just gone through personal difficulties, Joann was always helpful and responsive. We would absolutely stay again given the chance and highly recommend this place to all looking for a cozy cabin weekend.

My family stayed at 3 Graces for three days of skiing at Stratton Mountain and we enjoyed every moment. We arrived tired after a day of skiing to her home located in a quiet woodsy area, very private. Key code access was easy. Once we entered we walked into her very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed home. We brought in pizza from 10 minutes away, dropped our bags, lit a fire in the fireplace, and congregated in the open living room, dining room, kitchen area for hot chocolates, popcorn, and a movie. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each one of the 3 floors, plus two family rooms with fireplaces. Great to spread out multiple guests and families, but honestly we all comfortably spread out in the main family room together each night. The beds, pillows, and linens were dreamy... perfect rest after skiing all day. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, tea for the morning before heading back out to the slopes. Despite what directions say, the drive to Stratton was 24-30 min.

Had a great time at this house. Perfect for a large group. Joann was so responsive and helpful. We were 20 min from Okemo. The house was clean and well stocked.

We had a great stay at the Three Graces. We had 3 families staying together and there was plenty of space for the kids and adults to relax. Bedrooms were nice and plentiful. The living room was comfortable with high ceiling and fireplace. The kids ‘took over’ the basement area for board games and TV. We skied a few days at Okemo and it was fairly close-by. We had one issue during our stay and the host was been quick to communicate with us. If you plan to ski at Okemo with a group, this is a nice place.
