Beautiful flat, perfect spot for a three-night stay for two people. Easy to get to other neighborhoods by bus, and there are a handful of decent food options nearby. As mentioned by a few others, the flat is directly below the home of the hosts and the noise does travel but it didn’t bother us as we were mostly out.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Adrian and Lucy's studio and am planning to return. Adrian is very quick to respond to any enquiry, and had there been any concerns, I have no doubt they would be addressed. The studio is very cleverly designed and perfect for a short stay, or in my case, a little longer. The bathroom and kitchen are both compact but I had no problems. The bed is very comfortable and the entire space stays cool even on very warm days. While the residential street is very quiet, both Lower Clapton Road and Chatsworth Road have everything you need, and buses and Hackney Central Station are very close by. I would recommend this gem of a listing to solo travelers and couples, and I will be returning in the future myself. Thank you Adrian and Lucy for a wonderful London experience!

Adrian and Lucy’s apartment is a clean and comfortable place to stay while exploring London. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to the train station, cafes, parks, restaurants and food shops. Adrian was very helpful with our check in and any queries we had.
