(king size,wardrobe), with WC(shower,bidet). Bedroom 2. (2 single bed ,wardrobe), with WC(bathtube,bidet). Bedroom 3.. (king size,wardrobe), with WC(shower). The villa has 2 terrace. 1. terrace with fireplace and barbecue. The terrace also contains a small toilete with a washing machine. 2.Terrace contains table tennis . Open kichen with sea views (contains all cooking utensil). The dimension of the swimming poll are 8x4m, 140 cm deep, surrounded with 6 sun beds and 4 comfortable summer chairs. The parking contain electric gate and 4 parking places . NEW : table tennis and badminton ! ***BICYCLES*** The house also has private bikes for guests.

We really loved staying at the beautiful villa! Especially the pool, the outside kitchen and the fireplace were an absolute highlight! Everything was perfectly clean and inviting when we arrived, so we felt at home immediately. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The only aspect that didn't quite meet our expectations were the offered bikes that didn't work too well. The region offers a lot of interesting destinations for day trips, but even just laying in the beautiful garden and swimming in the pool would have been a great vacation in itself. Thank you for everything!

I'll start with everything that was wrong with this place...and now that that's out of the way, this place was actually BETTER than the pictures. I've stayed in a lot of air bnbs in premier destinations and I honestly felt like I ripped these people off because this accommodation was astounding. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked. I cooked every night and it did not beee anything. The area is just outside the popular areas. Paolo was very helpful with several recommendations and even contacted us to offer some fresh fish from a catch he had. The property is manicured like a golf course. I'm seriously considering just booking it again right now for next year.
We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation. The house itself as well as the outdoor facilities were beautifully designed and maintained. The care by the host was excellent! They were always helpful and friendly, and made our stay really enjoyable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb and would happily return. We didn't want for anything. The recommendations were also great and helpful. Thank you for a great experience!
The house was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The pool and gardens were lovely and there was only a short walk into the town. Our hosts were very nice and helpful and we had a fantastic time here.

House is isolated with trees and one long wall.The villa is located in a small fishing village Fažana, only 700 m from the beach and 800 m from the village centar .Fažana contains a number of quality restaurants with fresh fish and beautiful beaches.In the centar of this small village there is a ferry which leads to the Islands Brioni (only national park in Istria) who has his own Zoo. Fažana is situated 8 km from Pula ,which is the biggest city in Istria, famous for the Roman amphitheater and others Roman ruins.
Fažana contains a lot of water activities and big number of boat excursion (ferry direct to National park Brioni,boat ecursion around Brioni with swimming at island Sveti Jerolim,submarine trips).
The village is also famous by dolphins,there are sunset excursion where you can see them jumping out of the sea.
