We loved our stay at Mark & Kathy's Airbnb. Very homey and they had everything available that you might need. Bed was very comfortable! Also a wonderful location and very walkable as well. Would definitely recommend one of their Airbnb's to others!

This was a special place to stay. The location was wonderful. You could walk to so many things - an amazing long pier to watch sunsets, different restaurants, a library, a cute and helpful marketplace, a great beach, and more. The bed was comfortable. Fully stocked place. Mark was an outstanding host. He was kind, easy to reach and communicate with, and made us feel very welcome. Beautiful area. Was grateful to be able to stay there. I highly recommend.

Very clean & comfortable place to stay, with everything we needed! Kitchen was well stocked and there were a few good places to eat within walking distance. We appreciated having beach chairs, umbrellas and towels for the many hours we spent enjoying the ocean, or for a much shorter walk we'd go sit on the benches down by the river and enjoy the sunset view there. Very much felt like home away from home! Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I stayed at Mark and Kathy’s lovely apartment for 3+ weeks and enjoyed everything about it. The apartment is decorated beautifully, is spotless and is furnished with quality items. The kitchen is well stocked from pots and pans to leftover containers. You can tell that they have tried to think of anything you might need and have furnished you with it. We loved the location, great for walking to the beach or the pier on the river. There are several good restaurants and a very nice market within walking distance. A coffee bar had just opened inside the market and they were getting ready to open an ice cream shop. We certainly hope to return, Mark and Kathy are wonderful hosts.

Mark and Kathy thought of everything when it comes to Pineapple Manor. Not only was it spotlessly clean, they were super inviting and made us feel right at home. There was no amenity missing. It was quiet and private yet close enough to parks, the river and the ocean to be able to walk if desired. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and gadget you could want. There was even a cookie jar stuffed with Italian biscotti! Free laundry onsite, gorgeous plants and a garden, beach towels, beach chairs, you name it. Literally we did not want to leave at the end of our time there.
