I’ve stayed in a lot of BKK airbnbs and this was one of my favourites. The location is ideal, opposite The Commons in Thong Lor (just a 1 min motorbike taxi ride from Thong Lor station). I like most condos which are essentially studios, this place has a separate living room/kitchen and large bedroom. It also has a small pool on the roof that nobody but me used which was great. Finally, Bee is an exemplary host. She left me water and a basque cheesecake in the fridge for my arrival. Check in was seamless, none of the ‘pretend you’re a resident’ malarkey involved with others. Skip the huge condos further out that have a thousand facilities that you will never use and come here instead, you won’t regret it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

in truth I have very few quibbles. The unit was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The location is great for the local restaurants and night spots. I was unfamiliar with how the addresses and unit numbers work so it took a few extra minutes to find the unit. Another 1-2 to learn how to operate the electronic locking system. Only actual minor quibble is with the pool on the premises. Very clean and good water, but not really any chairs available for use and the roof deck looks like it is not quite finished. Otherwise 5* all the way. A wonderful location for exploring Thong Lor.

My wife and I loved our stay at Bee's place. The apartment is extremely comfortable, well laid out, and has everything you need for both short and long stays. The apartment is close to lots of amazing bars and restaurants, but still far enough away that you don't hear the noise from them in the room. Bee was an amazing host, extremely friendly and helpful and would definitely be more than happy to stay at at this place again.

The location is very good! There are many good quality establishments around. But the metro is 20 minutes away. The apartment is potentially good, but everything in it needs cosmetic repairs and a good cleaning! The apartments are well equipped and cozy, there is a coffee machine and a toaster) The air conditioning was broken during our stay, but the owner quickly fixed it. The owner is very responsive and helpful. There are also very noisy neighbors in the house, a child cried every day and the employees of the house were very loud. In general, these are decent apartments if they weren’t so expensive, or it’s worth renovating them. And outside the window there is a beautiful view and squirrels running)
