The house was in a fabulous location and can nicely accommodate 6 guests comfortably, however the master bathroom was very small and no space:/shelving or vanity to put necessities, recco a shelf behind toilet. Some of the furniture worn, chairs wobbly. Kitchen fully equipped. Half bath on first floor convenient. Beds comfy! Reached out to owners with info 3xs with no response, that a bit disappointing luckily nothing that disrupted my stay. Overall nice place that I’d recommend and or go back.

defintely worth what we paid. legit roi for 4 bedrooms with 4 big ish comfortable beds. main living space is a bit cramped. felt like the lighting was subpar throughout the home, felt like every lightbulb was on its last leg. all in all a good value.

We had a long day of travel w/our 3 young kids, arrived just after 7. I checked the bedrooms and all beds had very wrinkled linen. Bed in Master had dirt/debris and a lot of hairs on sheets. Larger bedroom upstairs had a lot of hair-it was clear sheets weren't washed. I immediately messaged Katie/Louis and was told only solution was to wash and dry the sheets myself since there was no spare clean linen. Not happy, I called Louis, who was apologetic, but explained that neither he nor Katie were local and would not be able to bring me clean sheets that evening. I offered to take pictures of the sheets, but he said it wasn't necessary, and said he would compensate me for the trouble. Kids went to bed 2 hours late since I had to clean and make 4 beds. We had to convince my elderly MIL to stay there. I reached out to Louis/Kati several times during stay but he never compensated me & ignored texts once I checked out.Not fair I had to pay cleaning fee. Hairdryer broken, towels smelled musty.

We came for the NCAA tournament and a visit with our family. This is our second time at this location and again had a wonderful stay. It is always especially nice to be able to bring our dogs. Lawrenceville is a great neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, breweries, and even doggie ice cream shops all within an easy walk. There is a nice dog park that we went to daily a few blocks away by the river. Free parking was easy, the house had everything that you needed, beds were comfortable and the place was clean. I would definitely recommend.
