It is one of the best locations when you are visiting the area like us, for work on a world championship event in Pietramurata. The view on the mountains is beautiful, the location of the apartment is very good, it's next to a main road but still very quiet as it's on the back part of the house and is surrounded by natural walls. The people living there are so nice. The garden is amazing to sit outside and eat or just chill. There are great restaurants aroundand a lot's of things to do. The apartment is clean, is set up with everything you need. It's rather rustic feel with the old style but it has it's charm and spotless clean. The bed is comfortable. There are a gazillion leaflets about what to do around the area and also a booklet with tips where to go even in bad weather, good weather, restaurants and a lot of other useful info. Manuel is a great host, he communicates nicely and always responses as soon as he see the message. We will definitely return next year!

This place is a great spot, close to the lake and surrounding areas with climbing, biking or whatever you want to do. It’s a comfortable place and Manuel is a great host. Thank you!
