Thank you so much for a wonderful two weeks in Milford. This home is centrally located, spacious and very well maintained. The host, John, was very kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning next year for our annual work trip to Milford. Thank you John!!

This is our second stay at John's listing. We found it very clean and the three bedrooms were so convenient for the five of us. The beds were comfortable and the residence homey. However, there were a few minor issues. The flusher on the toilet stuck a few times causing it to flush continuously until adjusted by lifting the cover-an easy fix by replacing the flusher. The Roku TV would lose connection every hour or so-probably an easy fix. And the front bedroom had some serious road noise-insulation around the window? I only bring these issues to the owner's attention so they can be fixed since we would definitely stay here again. -Ann

I had been a little worried about the neighborhood because of an old picture online, but this concern turned out to be unfounded. It is a nice little street in a nice little town. Children waiting on the school bus were smiling. The snow on the ground probably helped. The unit is nice and spacious. Everything was clean and tidy. Everthing is in good condition. The kitchen has everything you need. We loved the old oven! Instructions for parking and getting inside were clear and easy. There is a binder by the front door with wifi instructions, restaurant recommendations, etc – just like in a hotel. Wonderful. Even with all that, the best thing about this unit is John, the host. He went the extra mile for us in two meaningful ways, and I can't say enough about him. In the interest of full disclosure, I will say that street noise made it hard to sleep in the front bedroom. This was not an issue in either of the back bedrooms.
