The accommodation was wonderful my husband and I traveled with my sister and we both had privacy at the same time felt as such a cozy family friendly accommodation. There are several ways to get to the airbnb. one way is the iron man way of climbing 116 steps. Other ways are an incline but manageable with one luggage. if you are like us, we had several luggage to carry from the Yokohama Station. We recommend taking a taxi from the station to arrive at the airbnb.

Let me start by mentioning my bf misplaced the room key. Sue responded right away and told us where we could find a spare. The area is quiet and surrounded by condo style buildings. It is up a hill, so you’ll get your steps in. There is a shrine just down the street. We were about 7 minutes from Yokohama station. With a short walk, you are in the heart of Yokohama with cosplayers, tourists, lots of food and shopping. It made us appreciate Sue’s quiet neighborhood even more, we felt like locals. The food options in our area were authentic and delicious. We paid about $10 to feed us both at several places. I will absolutely stay at Sue’s place again!

The place is quite spacious, especially for smaller groups. It is comfortable to stay in, and convenient considering that it has refrigerator, electric kettle, washing machine and detergent, and iron. The walk from Yokohama station is really straightforward, except that we have to choose either walking the long route up slope or taking the long staircase up. Not quite recommended if you have a number of luggage or heavy luggage. Otherwise, it is a lovely, peaceful neighbourhood we love to go around again.
