The place was perfect for being in Hot Springs as is centered on downtown so everything there is walkable. Oaklawn Racetrack & Casino is 5 minutes by Uber & the far end of the lake in both directions is no more than 15-20 minutes. The building is a unique historic treasure with a cool vibe, spacious rooms well appointed & clean as a whistle, privacy x1000 (key coded different for the “out” door, elevator & room) & every staff interaction was pleasant with things handled quickly. We rented for a group all 5 lofts (floors 4-6) & they all are better & more spacious feeling than described or pictures convey. We did a private brunch on the 3 floor, tried Heist a bar/lounge on the 2nd floor & ate dinner at Vault restaurant on the 1st floor. Loved it was all in the same building & these were experiences matching the exceptional one the lofts provided. Don’t over think this one, top notch place.

This place was a perfect place to stay on Hot Springs. It was very clean and we had zero problems. Daron was easy to work with and responded almost immediately when I had a question. My family and I will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend.

Daron is an amazing host! My friends and I always book with Daron because he has fantastic places to stay with a great modern clean feel. He is friendly and very responsive. Something came up out of his control and he was contacting me immediately with help and solutions that were beyond gracious.
