Our stay was generally good, but we encountered a couple of issues. The pool heater wasn't working, which was disappointing since we had planned to use the spa. Also, we weren't notified about gardeners visiting, which was inconvenient as we had a teenager wanting to sunbathe. Despite these setbacks, the house was nice and we'd definitely consider staying again if the pool and spa were fixed, ha!. Goodnight Host was very good and attentive, we received the refund on the fee for pool promptly. So all in all, spacious , loved the location, close to old town and Restaurants. Thanks again Goodnight! I

Location is top notch and customer service was friendly and helpful. Bathroom/ shower arrangement is a problem for large groups, hot tub never got hot even tho we paid for it. House doesn’t sleep 14 comfortably; you will need air mattresses with over 10 people. Beds are comfortable though, and master shower is the nicest shower I’ve ever been in. Also, the noise meter was very sensitive and somewhat annoying, but nothing ever came of it. Overall a beautiful house and we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we didn’t get the bang for our buck.

Fantastic stay, great house with beautiful backyard. Only downside was the several upcharges like $250 for heating the pool, $160 for a one hour early check in. Regardless, would highly recommend to friends and family, great stay
