I thought it was a sweet cottage with the most beautiful garden. Clean and tidy. Great location. Very helpful Rep and flexible with check in times which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen was well kitted out apart from needs a large colander. The back door is tricky to lock and unlock you have to keep turning the key. I did think the towels were very stained. I also thought if I am entirely honest, it was overpriced because I was expecting a larger double bedroom as the bed was so small and not very comfortable. The second bedroom lovely expect desperately needs a blind in the sky light as my daughter woke at 5 every morning. I hope this is all helpful feedback. I definitely think it should have been in the region of £650 certainly not £800 and for that reason I couldn't consider revisiting sadly. But thank you overall the stay was lovely as it's a beautiful area I know well. Thank you.

Third year in a row in Rose Cottage, it is just perfect for our family of 3 and dog. The cottage was clean, and had everything we could want. Can't fault it! We hope to be back again soon!

We spent a wonderful October half-term break in this great cottage. It was perfect for our family of x 3. Living space was comfortable, the log burner (with wonderfully clear instructions) was much appreciated on chilly nights and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. The bedrooms were particularly lovely and not cramped at all considering it's a small cottage. Beds & bedding all very comfortable and much appreciated. Bathrooms fab! Our son really enjoyed the lovely bath. The garden was fabulous, and even though it was October we enjoyed this space very much, workouts for me on the patio and my son loved kicking the football on the lawn. Can imagine this space in the summer is really wonderful for the whole family. Overall a very positive stay and we will book again.

We are a family of four plus our dog. Rose Cottage is a beautiful property, nicely furnished with a lovely secure and peaceful garden. Great log burner for the chilly evenings. We had a lovely four night stay in the May half term. There is a good pub and restaurant in the village (Lord Nelson), which is a short walk. There is also a very large playing field in the heart of the village, where our boys enjoyed playing football (no dogs allowed though). If we are looking for a short break in North Norfolk, we would definitely consider booking Rose cottage again.

Another visit to Rose cottage, again we were really pleased with the cottage and location. It suits our family of 3 and a dog perfectly. we had a small issue with the heaingredients on the first night and Jamie from Norfolk Stay was really helpful, even at 9pm on a Friday night!
