You will never meet a more genuine, heartwarming couple. Very accommodating in every way. A feeling of HOME and not a hotel. Fresh baked cookies on the counter upon arrival and the refrigerator had breakfast makings for the next morning, which is nice after a long drive. Comfortable beds, large bathroom with a tub and a workable kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. The weather was fabulous, views were outstanding of the countryside, clean fresh air to breath, just a few minutes to grocery stores, restaurants and downtown. What else could you ask for? Without a doubt a 5 star rating but I wanted to keep it a secret! 🥰Karen and Dale

We were very comfortable here. Mary Ann went above and beyond to provide everything we needed. This farm area is indeed quiet and we slept well on good mattresses. We were in town to visit our daughter so a 15 minute drive into Durango, however worth it for the value and the peaceful surrounds.
