I stayed at Daniel's place for over a month and had a friend join me for part of the trip, and I would gladly stay again! The location of the AirBnB was perfect, walkable to the beach and great restaurants/shops and it felt very safe! Daniel and Ireen are super responsive and happy to help. The balcony is such a nice bonus, the shower is amazing, and access to their pool is easy, all you have to do is ask! I worked for part of the time I was there and had no issues at all with loadshedding! Would happily stay here again, highly recommend!

Had such an amazing stay at Daniel's place. The location is EVERYTHING! So close to beaches as well as lovely restaurants. The home itself is as per the photos, has such a great view from that balcony. Spent my sunset hours up there, absolutely breathtaking. Go ahead and book this place, you wont regret it.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen und, dank dem Security in der Strasse der seine Kanzlei neben dem Gasteingang beim Haus hat, in einer sicheren Gegend. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, inkl. einem Balkon mit einer tollen Aussicht auf Sea Point. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus war, dank dem Security, quasi für uns reserviert. Um den Pool zu benutzen muss man nur bescheid geben, da dieser ansonsten zugedeckt ist. Supermärkte und die Hauptstrasse mit Restaurants und z.B. Moro-Eis sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sauber, das Bett bequem, das Bad (Dusche mit Ausblick) gross und die Küche mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank ausreichend gross um sich Kleinigkeiten zubereiten zu können. Eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine steht im allg. Bereich vor dem Appartement (teilt man sich mit einem Nachbarn). Die Kommunikation mit Daniel und Ireen war super, sie waren immer erreichbar und haben schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet. Können die Unterkunft nur jedem weiterempfehlen!

This place is compact yet has almost everything you need. It has an amazing view and is very central to some of the very best that Cape Town has to offer. Daniels welcome book is also a treasure trove to make your experience very rewarding and hassle free. we enjoyed our stay with Daniel. Abe and Barbara
