“Exciting”, is the one word that I would use to describe this perfect downtown location when visiting Montréal. Maxine’s home is clean, cozy, and has all the cookware and appliances that one would need to prepare meals. It is also close to everything…and I mean everything! A grocery store and Starbucks is across the street. A McDonald in the other side of the street. You are footsteps away from some of the best restaurants and shopping that Montréal has to offer. It is all right there. I spent six months here where I declare that boredom is an impossibility while living in this area. And yet, at the same time I found it to be calm and very relaxing. Maxine is an excellent host whose hospitality was absolutely splendid. The communication was responsive and harmonious. I felt extremely welcome and enjoyed my time here immensely. I would definitely stay here again upon a return visit. Thank you Maxine!

It had the best location. Starbucks, supermarket, metro... everything was close by. What I liked about this apartment was that I could access the metro without getting rain. It also had great views, which I enjoyed in the morning. The apartment is the same as in the photo; the table seemed larger in person, which I enjoyed. Maxine was a great host- she immediately let me know of things, answered my questions quickly, and was helpful during check-in and check-out. It is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in, and I will definitely reconsider staying here. Excellent for solo travelers.

Second Summer stay here. Location is amazing, great jumping off point for wherever you want to go on the metro or walk to. Maxine is the best host I’ve ever had. Super responsive, accommodating, and kind. Definitely highly recommend!

Mon séjour s’est très bien déroulé, l’appartement est très confortable et bien équipé, il est tout à fait conforme aux photos et à la description. Son emplacement est idéal, l’accès au métro est très rapide et il y a tout à proximité pour le quotidien. Concernant l’hôte, Maxine est effectivement une “superhôte“, elle a été très arrangeante pour mon arrivée et mon départ, elle est également restée très disponible et à l’écoute durant mon séjour et s’est montrée très réactive lorsque j’ai eu besoin, merci encore Maxine. Je recommande vivement ce logement.
