Kevin's place was great. We stayed 1 night and enjoyed the night life in downtown Dubuque. Check-in and check-out were easy and the apartment was stocked with everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The only downside was the mattress...just a bit soft for our tastes, but hey thats just us. It wouldn't keep me from booking again. The little donut shop next door is adorable. Definitely recommend this place!

The room was neat and clean, in a good section of town within several blocks of many things. It was quiet and we enjoyed the lay out, design and personality of the space. It saved the historical feel but added modern convivences. We live only 20 minutes from Dubuque but it is nice to be able to just stay and enjoy the town. We plan to stay here again and will tell others about the great find.

The place was exactly what we expected from the pictures and descriptions. They did a great job renovating the space! The bed was comfortable (although a bit snug if you’re used to a king sized bed ;)), and so was the couch. The bathroom is bright and really clean. The washer and dryer are a great bonus. It’s a mostly quiet neighborhood. You can hear people walking around upstairs, but it wasn’t disturbing at all. We very much enjoyed staying there and would definitely choose it again.
