Exceptional location in the heart of Gudhjem. views of the Baltic Sea and Christian´s Island - all the framework for a unique holiday experience on Bornholm present. Approx. 100m from the property is the harbor and the town's cozy cafes and shops. The Townhouse from 1899 has 3 floors with plenty of space and good atmosphere. In the cozy courtyard there is peace and quiet from the city life and direct access to Bokul. Gudhjem is an incredibly charming and scenic fishing village - all year round! The Cozy Townhouse has 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-dining area, hall and bathroom. On the first floor there is a large TV room with sofa, coffee table and a round table with 4 chairs for board games or the like. on the upper floor, the 2nd floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 toilets. In the courtyard there is garden furniture, barbecue and direct access to the "mountain" Bokul, which is Gudhjem's lookout point 48 m above sea level. One part of the property has fixed rents, but since the residence is a double house, you have separate entrances and gardens. The rental price includes water, heating and electricity

Vi hade härliga dagar på Bornholm. Huset var perfekt, charmigt och centralt beläget i Gudhjem. Det hade allt vi behövde under vår vistelse. Jättebra med 2 toaletter (den ena även med dusch) på ovanvåningen där sovrummen är belägna. Trevligt med liten trädgård att tillgå. Trine som värd var mycket lättillgänglig och svarade snabbt på våra frågor! Vi kan verkligen rekommendera boendet! Super!
Eine sehr gemütliche, schöne und saubere Bleibe mit super Ausstattung, in schöner Umgebung mit schönen Möglichkeiten zu Ausflügen in der näheren Umgebung. Wir würden Trines schönes historisches Haus trotz eines eher gehobenen Preises sehr empfehlen und kommen gern einmal wieder. :-)
Hyggelig bolig i roligt kvarter i gåafstand til alt i Gudhjem. Skøn lille baghave. Kunne parkere lige ved huset.

Vi hade en helt fantastisk vecka i huset! Helt underbart och man fick verkligen den genuina Bornholmskänslan. Huset och omgivningarna är till och med vackrare än på bilderna! Det är dessutom nära till allt man behöver. Toppen helt enkelt!

The townhouse is located in the heart of Gudhjem, only a few steps from cozy cafés, restaurants, culture and not least ice cream shops :-)
Approx. 100 meters from the property lies the harbor of Norresand from where you can bathe and relax in the cozy cafe which is a converted smokehouse
From the harbor area you can take the local buses around Bornholm, and you can sail to Christiansø or take a trip with m / s Thor and see the the sanctuary rocks (Helligdomsklipperne) from the water side. You can also walk the 3.8 km along the cliffs and have a cup of coffee at Cafe Dines in a fantastic location.

Vi er en familie med 3 børn på 7, 15 og 17 år. Vi elsker vores Gudhjem-hus, her er så skønt at være, både sommer og vinter. Vi har holdt ferie på øen altid, og faldt over huset på en sommeraftentur gennem Gudhjem i 2018. Vi fik nøglerne 1.1.19 og så skulle ærmerne smøges op. Efter en gennemgribende renovering med respekt for huset, fremstår det nu lyst og lækkert. Vi håber, I synes om huset og vil passe godt på det.
