the host speaks English very well, so it's easy to communicate with. there are bikes that you can borrow as well. the place looks a bit old and worn out. for guests staying in dorm rooms, there are only 2 toilets available for the entire building. I'm not sure how many dorm rooms are there in the four-storey hostel.

This is an old building with tatami rooms, a small onsen and a footbath outside. It does feel slightly dated but personally I kind of like that vibe. The owner is very nice and can give you local recommendations. There is a kitchen with big Japanese style table, a game room and a cotton candy machine. My only complaint is that the curtains around the bed were only on one side… so not very private. But even so I still felt safe as a solo female traveller in a shared dorm, it was more of an annoyance. Good value for money, could definitely stay here again:)

clairement le meilleur rapport qualité prix ! emplacement très chouette, lits et dortoirs propres, grande cuisine bien équipée, onsen public grand et très agréable, il y a même un onsen pour les pieds à l'extérieur ! petit plus que j'ai beaucoup apprécié : des vélos sont mis à dispositions gratuitement ! merci beaucoup ✨️
