Located in the quaint, small town of Anchor Point Alaska (20 mins outside of Homer AK), Anchor River Cabins is your home away from home, with a little frontier twist! Within a few minute walk from the world famous Anchor River, and a few minute drive to the Cook Inlet beach, you never have to stray far to truly experience the untamed beauty of Alaska. Throughout the springtime and early summer, one can see as many as 80 bald eagles on the beach at a time drawn together by the local fisherman. Cows (female moose) and their calves are likewise known the frequent the neighborhood throughout the summer as to escape the notice of predators; sightings even in the backyard are’t uncommon! Our cabins come fully equipped with all the amenities including fully equipped bedrooms, bathrooms, and fully stocked kitchens! I also own the local boatlaunch on the beach and so if you are looking to chase that once in a lifetime halibut, I can arrange that for you!
