This our second long term stay here, snd again we found it a lovely experience. The house easily accommodates our family of 5, with the children really feeling that this was their Melbourne home. I can highly recommend the property for a long term stay in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Had a lovely time in this home. It was extremely spacious. The bedrooms were very large and beds were comfortable. The other rooms were also very big but didn’t feel sparsely furnished or over furnished either. Lounge was comfortable, very big dining table and chairs. No outdoor furniture which was mildly disappointing. Some of the kitchen items weren’t great but there was plenty of cutlery and flatware, all in all it was a fantastic place to stay.

The landlord has excellent communication skills and patiently answered all of my questions. When there were a few small issues, the landlord came over specifically to resolve them, which was very touching. The house is a detached structure and very quiet, located in a very comfortable neighborhood.
