Beautiful property and great staff. Thanks for having us we had a wonderful and peaceful time!
The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to all thirteen of our needs. Our meals were awesome, and the drinks were a highlight. They gave us our privacy, and you won't notice their there on the compound. The place is just as in the pictures. One of the master bedrooms doesn't have a bathroom, which was a bit disappointed. The house is about 10 mins out from Ocho, but it's definitely not inconvenient. I'll definitely return to vibes with the staff crew again.
I really loved the staff. The Chef was absolutely amazing. He truly was the highlight of the stay. The other ladies were also amazing. They were very accommodating and kept the home very clean. Let me now forget Alecia and Yolanda...the massage therapists. Those two were absolutely amazing. If you do stay at the property please please make sure you book with them. It was another highlight of our stay. The biggest complaint I have is with the bugs. While I understand there will be bugs I didn't expect them to be crawling in my bed every night. I could barely get any sleep b/c of this. According to Cavel they are called sugar ants. I had them every night in my bed. It drove me insane. She tried to explain them away by stating it was my fault due to food in the room 1 DAY instead of owning the issue and trying to make sure it was treated every night. We even had to clean them out of the microwave one night. They were bad and the property should be treated by exterminator
This house is not in Ocho Rios. It is in St. Mary not in St Ann. The entire house is out dated. It looks like 1970s. The staff is not nice. This is the worse experience and disappointing ever. And I’ve stayed at Airbnb in the past. The bathroom over flooded and staff said they new about problem before. We was not allowed to get a key, the staff said we have to leave door open together back in. When we left, some makeup spilled on carpet and staff took pictures and tried to gat more money out of us. We went back and cleaned up the spot. They charged us $500.00 for clean up fee already. I recommend not getting this house. She will find any excuse to get money from you. We left and continued our vacation at a hotel
I loved my stay in this house the staff was amazing the food was amazing the atmosphere was amazing not once did I have to think about anything I can’t wait to be back.
