Raquel was a friendly and responsive host. She cooked and delivered a superb rice dish on the first night so that we didn't have to cook after a long day travelling. The property is as in the photos, spacious and clean with a well-equipped kitchen with a decent sized fridge/freezer. It is a few minutes walk to the centre but feels tucked away in a quiet spot near the castle. Parking is free, down some steps but a good and safe location (yes, you do have to drive through what is apparently a no-entry sign off the main road!). Albarracin is a beautiful town, very quiet when we were there over Christmas. We ate at La Realda - great food and tremendous value. There is a decent new supemarket but for more choice and slightly cheaper go to Teruel. There is some great bouldering and beautiful forest walks ten minutes drive away with free and plentiful parking - the roads are a little narrow but the traffic is light in the winter. We would thoroughly recommend the host, property and town!
