The place was neat and clean, as per the photos. walkable distance to Opera house and royal botonical garden Few small things: connecting power point to washing machine connect was bit a hassle as extension wasnt working, bathroom door was kind of struck/tight.

Great location, within 10mins walk to the gardens and 20 mins to CBD. Good pubs around with a great vibe and friendly locals. Access to the apartment was ok as long as you follow the instructions very carefully and suggest you don’t wait until it’s dark! Property is a little tired and needs some care and maintenance to make it really worth the $$

Das Apartment war sehr heruntergekommen und dreckig: - der Teppich war voller Flecken - die Gardinen waren teils heruntergerissen - das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt - der Lüfter im Bad, als auch die Dunstabzugshaube waren vollkommen verschmutzt. - abgenutzte gelbe Kopfkissen - Kakerlaken - dreckige Polstermöbel Eigentlich gab es kaum eine saubere Stelle. Sehr Schade und den Preis nicht wert, auch wenn die Lage sehr gut ist.

Great place ! love potts point and it had a great view with an easy check in / check out, would stay again but possibly in the winter because there is no AC unfortunately but that is included in the description so it was all good, fans were fine ! thank you for a wonderful stay 5 stars!
