This amazing villa is situated at the beach of Manguinhos, one of the most amazing beaches of Búzios. The water is calm, warm and is neighbor of a famous eco-resort in Brazil, Barracuda, where turtles swim close to you. It is considered the most beautiful sunset of the area, because of the color of the sea, the islands and the skyline in the horizon. The house is 800 m² (8611 ft2) situated on a 1500m² (1500 ft2) lot at the beach: you open the gate and you are there! The house has inside a social area of 155m² (1670 ft2) and outside a big pergula with barbecue area with 80 m² (860 ft2). There is a stunning endless pool over the sea. There is a fitness center as well. There are 5 double suites. The master suite has a king size bed, 4 suites have a queen size beds. One of the suites has a sofa bed in addition to the queen bed. All suites have air conditioning, large closets, 3 with cable tv.Two of them have a veranda, one of them has part of it covered. The master suite is 120m² (1290 ft2): bedroom, private room, walk-in closet, bathroom with Italian designed bath tub and showers, all of them facing the sea. There is an inner court in Spanish style, with blue and white tiles and an inner garden. The parking area is big enough for 8 cars, three of them are covered.
