The place is just as the photos and description describes- rustic, but clean, in good working order and everything you need to prepare and serve food! If you want a place to rest and relax in the Halfway Oregon area, the Bunkhouse is a perfect spot for you.

The bunkhouse has beautiful views of mountains, forests, and the valley. Very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. It is thoughtfully stocked and had everything we needed. Marty is very friendly, quick to respond, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.
Stayed for the new year weekend. Place was great. Had everything we needed including Jeremiah Johnson on dvd. Short Drive to Halfway. Beautiful view of the valley and mountains. Thanks!

自我介绍
My husband and I have lived in this valley for over 40 years. We raised our 3 children here and are getting to see our grandchildren grow up here. My husband is retired from Idaho Power Co. and I still work part time for USFS in fire. We raise grass hay and yearling steers. Our favorite thing is to spend as much time as we can in our mountains with our horses and mules and the kids and grandkids when they can join us. We also snow mobile in the winter when we aren't doing chores! We feel very blessed to get to live in this beautiful valley!
