I stayed in the balcony room this time - a very cozy room with all the amenities and a cute balcony overlooking the garden. A wonderful space perfect for my 3 night stay.

Our son rented for several months from Dr. Kay in order to finish his studies at a local university. The place was as described and fit the need of my son. Dr. Kay is a very nice lady. Thank you!

Enjoyed my stay! It was peaceful and quiet. I came during the hot weather but Dr. Kay made sure the place is chilly and comfortable. Certainly will book again in the future.

I am an author and director of an artist residency program called New Pacific Studio, whose motto is 'Fostering Creativity'. I taught comparative literature, German literature, art history and critical theory for 37 years in New Zealand, UK, Germany, US and Australia. Focus on story-collecting and community revitalization. Most recent book is a Liverpool, UK oral history, People of the Lane. Living in and around Lark Lane, 1880-2020.
