HOUSE ESMERALDA/ Plaza del Sol Mall -EXPO Area Shared house 7 private rooms with young professionals and international students. Great ample spaces and a great location withing a good neighborhood. The house has two gardens, one at the front and a Fruit-Orchard Graden with mangoes, bananas, lime (our Mexican-green lemon) and guava trees at the back. As well, at the hart of the house there's a terrace with a fountain and a second patio close to the tv lounge room. That room flows toward the main terrace with the Fruit-Orchard Graden view and grill area and roof terrace.

Es por mucho uno de los mejores espacios en esta area, la zona es segura y muy cómoda. Hay demasiadas cosas que hacer. En cuento a los anfitriones no hay duda de lo profesionales y atentos que son a las necesidades de los huéspedes todo el tiempo. Definitivamente esta mas que recomendado y definitivamente vuelvo a ir.

no comment . especially because the host doesn.t want to comunicate. so never again and stay far from him. house is in a nice area but bad conditions. the rest it.s up to you if you wanna dare ;) thanks anyway

Residencial Victoria is a very good neighborhood and is safe to walk in day and night, there are lot of places to enjoy around, convenience stores, coffee shops and tienditas, parks, banks at walking distances.
Expo Guadalajara which is one of Mexico's biggest exposition centers is at walking distance from the house, WTC and other major business centers are also located on the near surroundings.
Two mayor shopping centers are very near the house, Plaza del Sol and Plaza Arboledas... both with a great variety of shopping stores, cinema and restaurants.
Teatro Diana and Tras Loma which host great shows and festivals are year around are very near the house.

Bus stop is within two blocks from the house and other mayor public transportation stops can be accessed at walking distance in Av. Mariano Otero or Arboledas.
