very nice place

Was a special place for me since it’s so peaceful and beautiful. The WiFi was strong even during power cuts since there was a backup. The big windows let me see everything and enjoy. The heaters kept me warm. I could nitpick that as a single man and iPhone user it was not that convenient since the local delivery app is Android only and it’s expensive for one person. But if I brought back family would stay again since it’s a special place. The garden and ponds are well taken care of.

The property is situated between beautiful Pine Belt and mountains. It got good connectivity from highway and its stone throw away from beautiful Siikshe lake. And its a private banglow, so had ample privacy. The lake was under maintenance, the walkthough around at early morning was very pleasing. Good for short escape to nature from city hussle. But the place is not professionally maintained. We faced check-in delay as the host was out of station so he tossed us between many people who were not briefed well about our check-in time. The kitchen had a note mentioning the chargeable food item price and quantity but the actual quantity was less then that mentioned, I pointed him at checkin time else I may have to pay the difference. He messaged me over whatsap to pay for a missing souvenir, but later he deleted the message. The place is not for elder and children. Bedroom are on first and second elevation and need to climb staircase. Only basement bathroom has hot water.

We had the pleasure of staying at Chabo Holiday Home for a few days, and Nomo's warm hospitality and the beautiful place nestled amongst sprawling trees and distant mountains were an utter delight. The house is outfitted for coziness - with multiple bedrooms, shelves with books, couches and chairs spread around the place, a well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook up some quick meals, and a porch seating that added a scenic touch to those meals and our cups of coffee. The location of the cottage was also ideal. It provided a sense of seclusion and tranquility, yet it was conveniently close to the town and the local market. What truly set our experience apart was the thoughtful and attentive host. Nomo went out of his way to ensure our needs were met by connecting us with the relevant folks and also dropping us in town for our ride back after our check-out. I would highly recommend this place for a break from the hustle and bustle of the world!
