Solid, homely place, only thing that was missing were extra bin bags and we were rather light on toilet paper for 3 people, but it’s a cozy, warm locale with plenty of neat places to go nearby despite the weather at the time of my visit. Competent hosts and will consider visiting again in the future.

The little chalet was beautiful, and spotlessly clean , beds were very comfortable. Martin and Nikki were very helpful to assist us when we needed it . We loved our stay in you lovely chalet , regards Peter and Barbara

The communication with Martin & Nikki was excellent and they were very flexible with changes to the booking due to unforeseen circumstances which was greatly appreciated. The Chalet was spotless and had everything needed to make it a relaxing stay and the cream tea, milk and wine in the fridge on arrival was a treat!! The kitchen was well equipped and great recommendations for activities and places to eat in the welcome information. It was good to have a shop within easy walking distance and everyone on the site was very helpful and friendly. The surrounding beaches were easy to reach and it was great to spend time in the water and walking on the beaches and on the coastal path. It was such a good base to explore the surrounding area and other parts of Cornwall either by bus, train or by car. It was great to watch the sunset over the Bay and I look forward to a return visit in 2024 for another chilled break. Thanks again to Martin & Nikki for sharing their lovely space !!

We had such a wonderful stay at Martin and Nikki's chalet... photos really do not do this place justice. So well-equipped, comfortable bedrooms, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and everything you need for small children. Short walk to a beautiful beach and pub. And a play area right outside, with stunning sea views. We would love to stay again!

This is a great little place for a small family to stay, close to lots of amenities and easy walking distance to loads of great beaches. Martin and Nikki welcomed us with wine and a cream tea. They left us with lots of recommendations for places to visit and eat locally. Martin and Nikki made sure we had all the things we needed to keep our children comfortable, it meant we didn’t have to bring lots of the essentials from our home.. this made packing so much easier. The little holiday home also had lots of toys and books to keep our children entertained. Our daughter liked the holiday home so much she wanted to bake Martin and Nikki a cake to say thank you for having us!
